Hi, I run a MITM proxy at work and at home to filter inappropriate web traffic. Recently I’ve been getting issues with Cloudflare captcha failing and using 100% of my CPU usage, once it’s reloaded the page 3-5 times it’s suddenly passing the captcha. Is there anywhere I can find URLs to allowlist in order to pass these captcha verification checks? I know I could allowlist all of Cloudflare’s IP Blocks but I’d be concerned about any website that’s protected by Cloudflare getting through my content filter. I’ve attempted to allowlist challenges.cloudflare.com so far but to no avail.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Access any website protected with Cloudflare that requests a captcha using a web filter MITM proxy. Challenge will hang, use 100% CPU usage and then reload the page. This process repeats a couple times and then passes.
