The CAPTCHA loops continuously after validation, I can’t sign into Cloudflare without an InPrivate browser session.

Cleared cookies, local storage, restarted the browser

Go to cloudflare.com, try to sign in.

Hi Jeff, Here’s a couple of tips that might be able to help you with this issue, which is often caused by browser data, extensions, network issues, or temporary IP blocks. You may be temporarily blocked because of repeatedly trying to access your account.

  1. Check that your computer is updated, including your preferred browser
  2. Try to login again. If this doesn’t work, proceed with the steps below
  3. If you haven’t already done so, try to disable the extensions in your browser so that you can discount this being the problem.
  4. Try to login using a different browser, e.g., Chrome or Safari.
  5. Clear the cookies and all data, so there is nothing there in the memory or history
  6. Try using a private browsing window
  7. Try a different browser or device, and from a different location if possible
  8. If you have a VPN running, please disable this.
  9. If you are still experiencing issues, please reply and try to give more details of your approximate location, and device that you are trying to login with.
