Cloudflare can't tell it set the DNS and then says "DNS not configured correctly"

So, I get this lovely criptic message:

" Check DS record configuration: Does the hostname have a DS record? Does this record use the Cloudflare algorithm?"

These guys must have worked for Microsoft at some point. The error messages are just as “useful”

Thing is I HAVE this setup, the same way I have for about 75 other websites. So, not sure where to go from here. Maybe delete the site and add it again. Love wasting ALL Afternoon on this BS.

Yay for 72 hour turnaround!!

Deleted the Domain. Added it again. Let Cloudflare set everything. Ran diagnostics again, STILL FAILS

Hi @sjberry1963,

Are you trying to set up DNSSEC? If not, that shouldn’t be required. If you previously had it enabled, you will need to remove it, then add your site to Cloudflare’s then re-enable it.

This has been resolved.
I turned off Universal SSL overnight, and then back on this morning.
It works.
