What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

What is the error message?

page not loading

What is the issue you’re encountering

We noticed that certain web pages don’t loading in certain geographic locations, whereas the identical page loads without any problems in other locations.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The page loads after we manually purge the specific link from the Cloudflare cache settings. We are not sure this issue from Cloudflare configuration or Application side. Kindly help.

We are having trouble with the domain podusa.paladion.net.
The Mumbai Location team is constantly unable to load the specific webpages.
No Specific error message - Page not loaded.
