Cloudflare cache configuration and problem with Sendcloud

First of all thanks for attending my request, I am new to the community and hope to ask properly.

In short my problem is the following: “Cloudflare cache configuration is not working properly, also I get errors with Sendcloud when syncing orders (broken JSON or XML).”

Now I will explain a bit more what is going on. On my website we use Sendcloud as a shipping manager. This third-party software uses a WooCommerce plugin to synchronize orders and manage, through its platform, the shipments of orders with different shipping agencies.

It collects from my website the customer’s data, address, products ordered, etc. Really everything needed to manage a shipping label, picking list, etc.

The problem comes from a few days ago that Sendcloud warns that WooCommerce is giving an error. Specifically, the error is as follows:

“We were unable to import new orders from this integration (since 01/12/2023) due to the following connection issues: The online store responded with a malformed response that we cannot process. It could be a broken XML or JSON document. Please contact the online store developers to check the structure of the response.”

On the other hand I leave here more technical information about the error:
