Cloudflare breaks website when proxy activate with ERR: TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Cannot load website - just get TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Turn off cloudflare proxy - website works fine. Waited 2 weeks to reinstate proxy for A record and www CNAME - website goes down with TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
Check web-sniffer: HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently Location: https://odysseyfinancial.com.au/ - redirect loop occurs
Turn off cloudflare proxy - everything works fine again

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Flexible

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Activate cloudflare proxy for A record

This one is the problem.

Make sure that your SSL/TLS encryption mode is set to Full (Strict):
