Cloudflare, Bluehost, Divi Issue

After adding Cloudflare to my personal website which is hosted by Bluehost and has a Divi theme. I cant get the Divi builder to spin up on any of my Bluehost sites. I also added the ?et_fb= as a page rule at the end of my domain and still not working. I have been trying to figure this out for 3 hours now. I need help.

I do not have Cloudflare on two of the sites I checked, and they are not spinning up wither since I added Cloudflare to my personal site. Could this be a host issue?
