Cloudflare blocks IP in Germany (Hosting Subnets)

Hi Cloudflare Team,

unfortunately we always have the circumstance that ip addresses of german hosting providers (Hetzner in particular) are on your blocklists. How can you unblock these IP’s if you are not a direct Cloudflare customer?

What do you mean by blocked? If you are accessing a site that is using Cloudflare and being denied, then you need to contact the owner of the site to get unblocked.
