What is the issue you’re encountering

I want to connect my Wordpress website to Lulu.com, I’ve added rest API and used it, but nothing works, the integration doesn’t go through, and when it goes through, it doesn’t last for over a few days.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried adding a rule that allows the website to reach to /wp-json folder to everyone, but for some reason it still didn’t work well and Cloudflare still blocked the integration.

I tried asking Lulu for their IP, but they have a range of thousands of them, so I found it difficult to work with.

I’m not so familiar with Cloudflare and how to use it right, but I need this integration to work and I need your help.

Hello, if you suspect that your Cloudflare zone firewall is blocking the integration, you need to check the zone’s Security Events to identify which security service is imposing the block. Once identified, you can either create a skip rule or add an exception.
