All access to my websites is blocked by cloudflare DDOS protection with Service HTTP DDoS

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to disable all WAF rules or add a rule to allow all traffic to my domain but none of them worked.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?
