What is the issue you’re encountering

One of our web hook URLs is not working and Active Campaign have advised us to contact Cloudflare to ask why it is blocked

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have been working with Memberium and Active Campaign. We have checked the rules set up in Cloudflare and believe the webhook URL should not be blocked but it is not running and is having a critical impact on our business. How can I see whether Cloudflare has blocked our webhook urls?

You can check the block request into your zone record in the Security Events section. If there’s no record, it might be a different issue.
