What is the issue you’re encountering

We recently took over managing this site and migrated site to WPEngine but couldn’t launch on their current infrastructure because of this issue. We launched on their older infrastructure for a temp workaround. That said, we also didn’t set the site up within Cloudflare as it was here previous to us.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I opened a ticket with WPEngine and they opened a ticket with Cloudflare but that was a month ago.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Off

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We’d have to change the DNS to point back to WP Engine’s latest but that would break the live site now.

Could you just give a quick explanation of how you had your DNS records set up when this error occurred? Both main domain and www as CNAME to wp.wpenginepowered.com? Proxied or DNS-Only?

Can you add a subdomain that is on the advanced network, or would that also affect your main domain?
