Cloudflare blocking make.com

Hi,

I’m running some scenarios in Make.com which connect to a webshop connected in Cloudflare. One of the scenarios stopped suddenly last Friday (after running without issues for some years). This scenario connects to WooCommerce. I don’t see any records in Cloudflare activity log related to the problem.

When I disable Cloudflare proxy on the domain the scenario works again.

make.com ip addresses have been white listed.

Strange thing is that a different make.com scenario can connect to the same server/webshop without any issues.

Also reported it to make.com support.

Please assist.

Hi @craig43. I came across your post from last year which seems to be the same issue. 401 Authorization Errors when attempting Woocommerce REST API requests

Have you ever solved this?

Solved the issue.

When the Cloudflare setting caching —> configuration → caching → caching level is set to “Ignore query string” Cloudflare will strip the WooCommerce consumer and secret keys from the make.com request url.

When set to standard it works fine.
