Cloudflare seems to be blocking jss and css on websites for about 20 secs, resulting in websites loading very slowly. This started happening about 1-2 weeks ago. Anyone had the same thing and solved it?

Cloudflare seems to be blocking jss and css on websites for about 20 secs, resulting in websites loading very slowly. This started happening about 1-2 weeks ago. Anyone had the same thing and solved it?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Changed DNS in hosts file to go directly to the website, this seems to solve the problem and the site runs normally.
