cloudflare blocking images in mailchimp when adding woocommerce products to a mail
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Added all WAF rules to skip for mailchimp IP addresses as well as user agent for mailchimp. When we temporarily pause cloudflare and use origin server only, then all the images work.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Add any product to a mailchimp mailer or just view products in mailchimp - all images are blank. The actual mail also then sends blank images.
Upon reviewing the Firewall Events, no blocking logs were detected when filtering logs by the User-Agent Mailchimp.
Additionally, we noticed that you’ve configured two custom Skip rules intended to bypass filtering for this traffic, but both are currently in a disabled state. We recommend enabling these rules and monitoring the outcome to determine if the issue persists.
In the meantime, you can continue reviewing Firewall Events using filters. Please note that while filtering by IP range is not supported in the Events view, you can filter by a specific source IP address for more targeted analysis.
