Cloudflare blocking domain access according to Elementor

What is the name of the domain?

newportdental.sg

What is the issue you’re encountering

According to Elementor which uses Cloudflare enterprise, Cloudflare has blocked newportdental.sg which I have no idea on how to unblock. I can access my old site via the domain. I already deleted my DNS entries from cloudflare.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

I don’t know

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I don’t know. They said to contact cloudflare.

Your site is not using Cloudflare nor is your host. Should your host actually be using Cloudflare and believe there is an issue, then they would need to reach out to their contact.

Your site is loading however

That’s the old domain. Now I have updated the A records to 162.159.137.9 which is on the cloudflare network (Elementor).

If this is the IP address your host gave you, you need to contact them and clarify why their setup is not working. Cloudflare can’t help you here.

feeling like a shuttlecock between cloudflare and their enterprise customer

You can’t create a ticket because your domain is not on Cloudflare. Your domain is using your provider’s service and they might be using Cloudflare, but if there is an issue with their integration, only they can clarify this with Cloudflare, as it is their account.

according to Elementor, they use Cloudlfare for their firewall, and cloudflare is preventing the routing to newportdental.sg

The screenshot you posted is not a firewall issue but a configuration issue.

In any case, they need to fix or clarify that. Your domain is not using Cloudflare.
