I host firewalls on AWS and force my desktops to connect to them before being able to connect to public internet sights.
Cloudflare protected websites appear to block my IP more often than not. Is there a way to get my IP on a allowlist?

The decision to block or allow any given address is one made by the website operators. Many operators block cloud compute based ASNs because they have few legitimate users and are a large source of malicious behavior.
Since the decision ot block is made by the site operator you’ll need to speak with them to allow an exception for your users if they choose to do so.
