Websites that use Cloudflare (and only websites that use Cloudflare) are blocking a very specific word. I don’t wish to share the phrase here because it’s unique to me… so I’d like Cloudflare to contact me privately so I can share the details with them so they can remove the one word from their firewall.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Unsolvable, contacting the peer support forum here.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Just enter the word into a website that uses Cloudflare (be it an email, user ID, etc), and Cloudflare will almost always add a Captcha, or deny the connection.
By the way, Cloudflare is also blocking all my emails when I send a direct email to [email protected]. Apparently Cloudflare thinks I’m a spammer. I’d like this to be fixed. The issue probably only applies to me specifically.
Cloudflare does not offer a means to open a new support request by email. You need to open support requests from your account dashboard. The types of requests available depend on your Cloudflare subscription. Free plans may open account, billing, and registrar support requests.
Cloudflare has no control over what site owners block, so you cannot open a ticket for what you described in this topic, anyway.
