Cloudflare blocked our site

Cloudflare has blocked our domain and I need to know why and get the block removed.

What is the domain?

Really confusing how it happened and can’t find anything information about it.
Can’t even add it to Cloudflare’s services because of the block (Free/Premium)

Your site is loading ok for me. In what way do you see it is blocked? What message do you get when you try to add the site to Cloudflare?

The site is fine. It seems like Cloudflare has internally blocked the site based on the feedback that we were provided by Beehiiv.

Beehiiv’s response:
I looped in our engineers to take a look at this for you, and it appears that [bitcoinnews.com] is part of a banned domain detected by Cloudflare at this time - this is unfortunately out of our control.

When I try to set it up in Cloudflare, I get the following error:
“Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone you are trying to upgrade is marked as Do Not Upgrade. (Code: 1315)”

I can add any 1 of my other sites to Cloudflare without issue.

Do not upgrade errors are billing related. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing.
