Cloudflare Blocked my websites

I noticed that when my websites return ping with this IP (188.114.97.7), I can’t open the website from any network unless this IP changed from Cloudflare side. and I’m the website owner and I didn’t blocked any IPs

there are many websites also didn’t belong to me, I can’t access them when they reply with the same IP also (188.114.97.7)
