Cloudflare blocked my IP address from accessing cPanel file manager files.

There is no option available to unblock it.

There is no live chat available for a free CDN plan.

There is no ticket system for the solutions.

When you’re getting blocked, do you see the request in the event log on here? https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security

If so, take a screenshot of that blocked request (click on it to expand it) - censor the domain name and your IP address if desired.
