Cloudflare blocked our IP address 185.200.108.253. This IP address is NAT server with many users. When our users go to the website, which is hosted on cloudflare, so they are blocked (printscreen below). Every others website like blocklist, reputation etc. are without problem with this IP. So I don’t know why is this IP blocked ? Thank you for answer

We contacted site owner and they tell us this:
Cloudflare added this IP address to the list of “Open Proxies” based on their data and algorithms. We cannot remove this IP address from that list, it is managed by Cloudflare. We only use this service.
And I think that they have right because not working several website …

But that means you could load the site without issue and that’s not a Cloudflare issue but something to be fixed by the site owners.

Again, you could access sitemeer.com, so this is not blocked by Cloudflare but by the site owner and you need to contact them.
But it’s not just 1 site. For example, I see another 5 sites that are not working and they are all on cloudflare and they are all not accessible only from the IP address 185.200.108.253.

I understand, but the fact that you could access sitemeer.com proves that Cloudflare does not block you. This is a security setting by these sites and you need to contact them to get this fixed.
OK, so easier than writing to all networks is to find the problem with open proxy. Is there a log of this bad traffic so we can trace it? Because there are several thousand customers behind the IP address.

I don’t know what the problem is. I’m going by what the website owner wrote me… It’s obviously a problem with only 1 ip address and only on the websites that are on cloudflare, that’s why I’m writing and trying to find the reason for the problem.

But it suggests your address is not on that list.
So I don’t know what to do to solve the problem. The site owner says the IP address is on the list, you say it’s not on the list. The result is that several websites are down 
I am afraid that really is something only the site owner can fix.
Even if it were on the list, that block would be configured by them. Ideally, you’d probably make sure that your address is not listed any more, but for that you need to make sure there is no such service provided. Once Cloudflare establishes that, it will eventually drop it from the list. However, that is assuming it is on the list, which does not seem to be the case.
