I can’t make a payment It states that the billing link has expired. I know the community is not authorised to resolve billing cases, but what I’m asking for is some support please. It’s been 3 days since I opened the ticket and I don’t know if it will be resolved after that. I want to speed up the process. All I want is one proper answer. Not an automated response.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I created a ticket and it’s been 3 days . it usually takes us 24 hours to respond. It is said, but there is no answer although it has been 72 hours.
