Hi,
Let’s say I have a PRO account for domain1.
Let’s also say that I have FREE account for domain2.
What happens if my DNS record for domain2 is a CNAME for domain1 pertaining to PRO features such as WAF. Will the WAF monitor both domain1 and domain2 since domain2 is a CNAME for domain1?

You can’t CNAME into a Cloudflare domain unless you’re on a Business or Enterprise plan. Even within domains in your own account.
