What is the issue you’re encountering

Hello, we’re trying to point some of our sub-domains to our new host “AWS” but we’re getting no results if we point the DNS in “Proxyed” mode. If we remove the proxyed mode, we get access to the site but without the HTTP. Best regards,

Currently navigating to https://acreos.ovh/ renders a 522, this means the origin is timing out:

On the other hand https://www.acreos.ovh/ is responding with a 521 which means the server is down:

  • So, I would 1st check if the origin IP addresses for both WWW and the apex are correct, since they’re pointing to different IPs.
  • Then, since you’re using Full encryption on Cloudflare end, I would make sure that the origin has port 443 open and a certificate (any certificate will do).

After following both advices above, if the issue is still not solved, make sure Cloudflare IP addresses are allowed unmitigated access to the origin at all times:
