Cloudflare APO - Private Browser cache isn't being refreshed

I submitted this as a support ticket as well but asking here in case someone knows a solution. Support ticket #2235402

Long story short: Cache isn’t being refreshed on CF edge servers for some users.

We recently installed Cloudflare APO on our site CelebrityNetWorth.com. Ever since, some mobile users - especially those who use private or incognito browsers - have complained that the homepage hasn’t had new articles in days. If you look at our site from a mobile private browser, there are no new articles since Aug 18.

The browser cache header (“Cache-Control”) is set to 4 hours but right now the age header cache appears to be over several days old. Any idea how we might resolve? FYI we are also using W3 Total Cache and Varnish.
