Cache purging is not working from WordPress or directly via Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Been trying to get the cache to empty with APO/Caching. Even trying to purge all via the Cloudflare site isn’t working

I have the same issue with a single and very simple html page. Someone else mentioned here that only development mode solved it for him, but that is not even working for me.

I have cleared cache, tried different browser and incognito mode but nothing helps. My old page keeps coming back instead of the new one.
