I have a website on siteground (puptoysco.com) and the CF is setup through sitegrounds tools, however I am not sure if that is the optimum setup to have the most static cached items. And suggestions on best practices for setup as well as any CF tweaks on the free plan that will speed up my site?

Cloudlare won’t make this site much faster. It’s a WooCommerce site. WC sites need top-notch managed WordPress hosting. SiteGround isn’t cutting it in this case.
The main page HTML takes over 2 seconds to generate. This is a hosting issue.
The page content is really heavy. >5MB of transferred data, and a bunch of third-party resources.
