Cloudflare and Google Domains

This is a new setup and I’m having difficulties to figure out where I am making a mistake.

So I have a domain on Google domains. I added the domain on CloudFlare and as instructed on CloudFlare I added their Name servers in Google Domains.

Furthermore, I used Google Domains Dynamic DNS setting to grab my IP to expose my hosted my web apps.

Google Domains gets my IP perfectly. CloudFlare reports configurations are correct except when I try to browse my reserved host name I get “Error 1016 Origin DNS error”. What am I doing wrong?

I have created a wildcard certificate using certbot and CloudFlare recognizes it with no issues.

That implies that the IP address you’ve entered for your website is invalid.
