Cloudflare and Chromium

Hello.

I have a Windows Server 2019 instance hosted at AWS.

I’m using this server to handle firebase queue lists and web scrapping using chromium, however, Cloudflare won’t let the driver in to any website, while the base browser works. but CloudFlare blocks the ChromeDriver and keeps looping on the “Please wait for 5 seconds page”

Is this normal? VPN’s don’t work.
or am i doing something wrong?

What are firewall rules for egress and ingress network for the instance?

How about Security tab under “Internet Options”, which could affect the Web browser like Google Chrome?
