I recently came on board with a new client. Checking their Cloudflare, I found an A Record for Digital Ocean that was not proving the Cloudflare network. The A Record was no longer relevant, so I removed it. But, I’m using CNAME flattening with WP Engine. All CNAME records are being proxied (orange cloud) through the Cloudflare network, but Cloudflare Analytics is not showing any stats, at all. We’re at 0.I’ve added a screen shot of the CNS panel with some values removed for security reasons. Can someone tell me why our site is not being tracked by Cloudflare Analytics? I’ve got the Cloudflare WordPress plugin installed and connected with the API key, as well. Not sure what to do here. Any advice would be appreciated.
Lower on that dns page, does it show that the name servers for your domain as Bob and Rose?
Right now, booktrib shows an unproxied “A” record IP address. ‘Www’ is also bypassing Cloudflare. How long ago did your add the domain to Cloudflare?
The domain was added some time ago. Both Bob and Rose are listed at the name servers. There is a CNAME record for WWW to wp engine’s server. Let me check wp engine and make sure www is listed, but I think it is already.
It’s not behaving as I’d expect. I suggest you open a ticket and have them check it out.

Ah ha! Silly me! Yes, someone must have paused Cloudflare and I didn’t even realize it. I just wasn’t looking for that on the admin and forgot it was even a possibility… Once I turned it on, boom, it worked! Oy! Thanks so much!
