The domain is active on Cloudflare so you are not in the correct Cloudflare account where the domain is registered and have instead added your domain to another Cloudflare account, see…

You will need to log into the account where the domain is active. If you do not see the domain listed here, then you are in the wrong account…

Check for emails from Cloudflare from when you registered the domain. Or log out of the dashboard and use “Forgot your email” or check for emails from Cloudflare for your domain registration to locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. You may have registered the domain using a Google or iCloud login.

You don’t need to do anything other than use the Cloudflare account where the domain is registered. The extra account will automatically flush the inactive domains after 28 days (so don’t worry when you get an email saying Cloudflare has deleted your domains, it refers to the inactive zones).

I am experiencing this issue as well. However, when I sign in to cloudflare.com > Account Home the domain is listed and the status indicates “Invalid namesevers.” Additionally, I’m also experiencing issues with domain renewal.

Since I’ve spent a week in email communication without a resolution on either situation, I am grateful for any assistance.

Kind regards
