Cloudflare Access - Unable to enable

Hi,

I am trying to enable Cloudflare access for one of our domains but it gives the below error. Anyone seen this before and know how to sort?

Are you the Super Admin on the account or just an Admin? That may be the issue here but I’m not sure.
