When I’m trying to subscribe more users (Active Users from 5 to 10) for Cloudflare Access, the UI keeps returning 5, even though I got the ‘Your Access subscription has been updated’ notification. It’s really buggy.
Can anyone confirm they are seeing the same?
5 users but 6 seats. And revoking a session is also not possible.
I would recommend opening a ticket with support…

The count isn’t active users (you can revoke all sessions per rule below), but users that have used Access once in the current month.
