I have been using Cloudflare Access daily and now I cannot sign in because I have stopped receiving the
Cloudflare Access login code emails. Can you suggest things I can check to debug the issue?
I do not see your email on the suppression list but went through the removal process as a justincase, I do show the emails as being delivered, please ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected].

Thanks for responding. I did receive a single login email from Cloudflare yesterday (long delayed from my attempted login, so I missed it), and none since. There are no Cloudflare emails in my email junk folder, so best I can tell they are not being filtered out, and I have no emails from Cloudflare in my inbox.
At this point I don’t know what else I can check.

No, but sometimes even though I do not see a bounce, this step seems to make a difference

Hi, the problem mentioned above has reoccurred, about one month since the last time: For the past several days I have been unable to get a login email from cloudflareaccess.com. Since yesterday, for me it takes over 10 minutes to get the access code in my email and by the time the email comes the session is not valid any more. I can’t sign in
