Cloudflare Access Domain path question

Is it possible in Cloudflare Access policies to differentiate between url parameters? i.e. can I set a policy specifically for :

test.com?entryPoint=secure

but ignores

test.com?entryPoint=ignore

I’ve had no joy trying to do this, everything after the domain/path is ignored. Any way to get this working?
