Cloudflare Access doesn't deliver the email code

For some accounts creadted under the same email I am not receiving e-mails for delivery of codes from Cloudflare Access.

Part of the accounts created on the same email receive the code via email, but few persons doesnt receive it ( the email its created under Gsuite )

Any problem with the platform?

Is there any way to check if the emails from Cloudflare were sent?
