Cloudflare Access Bug

Hi,

A problem/bug I’ve noticed with Cloudflare Access is that if you are presented with the Cloudflare Access sign-in page, and accidentally select a Google account that does not have access, you are brought back to the Cloudflare Access “select account” page (this is correct behaviour). The issue is that if you proceed to select an account that DOES have access, it will say “The account does not have access” (even though it should). Any subsequent log-in requests in the same “login session” fails, even if you select an account that should have access.

The only way to log in is to start the flow from the very beginning (i.e. visit the app’s URL again) and select the account that does have access on the FIRST try.

To summarize:

  1. Goto app login page. Select a Google account that does not have access to an app.

  2. Be correctly presented with a “That account does not have access” message.

  3. Proceed to select an account that DOES have access.

  4. Incorrectly be presented with “That account does not have access” message again. (BUG)
