May I ask if you have checked your mailbox for any email from Abuse Cloudflare?
Furthermore, did you followed the instructions on your Dashboard and selected a Request review → https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/?
The button should be shown as:
Nevertheless, only the team at the address [email protected] you already contacted could help you in this case. I am afraid the Cloudflare community cannot help here. You would need to discuss this with them. Sorry for the issue, the Community does not have access to see any Trust & Safety cases, so we cannot assist further.
The Trust & Safety team has to get back to you. You will have to wait your turn in the T&S queue until the team review your case/issue (days, or weeks).
When you Log into your Cloudflare dashboard you should see a message providing more details on the reason behind this flagging and how to request a review → https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/.
No one from the Cloudflare Community will be able to give you any insight regarding that.
If we’re playing with the thought that there is (or was) phishing content available on your domain name.
Even if you had no clue of that, or if it wasn’t being intentional from your side, to have it there, then any of such alleged reports wouldn’t actually be baseless.
That said, -
Regarding your mention of new sites, - certain security systems are flagging or treating newly registered domain names , for at least the first few months as suspicious, due to all the negative stuff that are often happening from newly registered (and then abandoned) domain names.
The security vendor Trustwave seems to be flagging this specific domain name, as being suspicious.
I’m not saying that it is related to the Cloudflare phishing warning though, … but maybe it would be worth reaching out to Trustwave, for further clarification, regarding what exactly caused their “suspicious” flag?
