DNS Records:I have configured both the root domain (@) and www subdomain to point to 192.0.2.1 (a placeholder IP) with the proxy status set to “Proxied”.
Redirect Rules:I have created redirect rules in Cloudflare to redirect all traffic to the new domain.
I also tried setting this up using Page Rules, but the issue remains.
It seems the hostname still connecting to the Shopify. You can try to reach out to Shopify to remove the hostname if you no longer wish to use their service. The redirect rule is not listed in the O2O product compatibility.
However, as part of an additional test, you can first create a temporary subdomain and set it to redirect to another domain just to ensure the redirect rule works in your zone.
