Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 sometimes can't resolve any shizuoka.jp subdomains

Hi,
I am using Cloudflare family in chrome with doh.
However, I sometimes get a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error when I try to access the site.
Below is information on troubleshooting.

I’ve tried google dns and quad9 but it seems Cloudflare is the only one having problems.

Is there anything else I should do?

Hi! Sorry about the issues. It looks like nameservers for city.ito.shizuoka.jp (dns1/2.broadline.ne.jp) are unreachable from some of our PoPs. I’m trying to contact the owner to see if it can be unblocked.

Hopefully this issue will be resolved.
Because this is a local government site and it’s important to residents.

Hi! The domain owner has responded that the IP block has been removed, so it should be working again.
