Cloudfare orange cloud with aws amplify not working

What is the issue you’re encountering

i first deployed my front end app using aws amplify then added custom domain owned in Cloudflare and after that i added all dns records given by amplify in dns records of Cloudflare with gray cloud …now when i tried to turn on orange cloud mysite doesnt work, i can get that its being proxied so i might encounter issues but need to understand under the hood how ssl works how amplify verifies with Cloudflare why i encounter conflict, all those someone help me with this am not able to get the relevant documentation in the web. thank you in advance !

Doesn’t work has a lot of possibilities. In this particular scenario how the this manifest? Some type of error message perhaps?
