I am really not sure what you are trying to say. The email you referred to is about your account access, not your website.

Can you post a screenshot of that? But it might be best to ask whomever maintains your site. Maybe you have some leftover configuration pointing to Cloudflare somewhere in your setup, but that speculation and - once more - a job for the person who maintains your site.
Bottom line, your domain is not on Cloudflare anymore.
