called reg-123 who told me to get Cloudflare to amend DNS & A records

Hmm. So both MX records and A records are as the guy gave to me ?
error msg whilst trying to set up a mail client is We couldnt log on to the incoming (IMAP) server. Please check yoiu email address and password & try again.

The email & passwords have been double checked. I tried the reg-123 webmail client and it did actually send an email. I thought problem was resolved but when i sent a response email it came back with undelivered

There should be some important detail in the mail that came back than just “undelivered”.

Can you share the full non-delivery report? The should be some error message/code in there that will help with troubleshooting the issue.
