Cloudflare is already activated for example.com under a different account. If you want to enable Cloudflare through this partner, please log in to your Cloudflare account and choose “Disconnect” on your Cloudflare DNS Settings page.

I haven’t added a domain name. Why is that?
Looks like your hosting company previously had someone with that domain and they enabled Cloudflare.
You should contact your own hosting company about this error, they should (hopefully) be able to disconnect the old owner’s CF account.
I only have one Cloudflare account, but I did not add this domain name, is there any other way to remove it?
You’d have to ask Support to track it down. Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support
