Cloudfare interferes with Wordpress xmlrpc.php

Please help to use Cloudflare without blocking (error 520) Wordpress file: https://www.coscienzamaschile.com/blog/xmlrpc.php

I’m seeing a Railgun error in the response header:

< cf-railgun: 0000000000 00 error

See if you can toggle Railgun off, then try again:

I toggled off rg_bh28 (the only one active) but Jetpack connection still gives error 200 unless I disable Cloudflare:
COSCIENZA MASCHILE is not connected.: 200
If Cloudflare did not block https://www.coscienzamaschile.com/blog/xmlrpc.php I coudl re-enable it

UPDATE: The Railgun config page gives me a 403 Error:
403 | Non disponi dell’autorizzazione per visualizzare questa pagina.
