Cloudfare charges me twice/month for the plan pro

I have been charged twice each month for a pro plan. Instead of the expected $25 per month, I am being charged $50. Despite reaching out to customer service three times, I have received no response. Please assist me in resolving this issue, as I am concerned about being charged double in the future as well.
