We have been having issues trying to integrate our Magento site with Royal Mail’s Click and Drop. It seems Cloudfare has been blocking the requests for access.
I would be grateful for any help/suggestions to resolve this please.
Are you seeing events in the firewall that show what rule is blocking the drag and drop?
