Cloudflare won’t let me change the nameservers and they are telling me to go to my registrar to change them but Cloudflare are my registrar

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Cloudflare are asking me to login to my Registrar to change my DNS records for this domain. I bought this domain from Cloudflare and there are the registrar. When I do to the DNS section it will not let me change the nameservers. I have uploads a screenshot. I have reach out to support but they have not responded to fix the issue.

Your domain is already active in another Cloudflare account and that will be where the one where domain registration is held. You need to use that account instead…

That account may have been one created using iCloud or a Google login when registering the domain if you can’t remember creating it.
