Closed caption not working occasionally when file is uploaded through API

As titled.

I can see the CC option on the video player but the text doesn’t show up.

The same file sometimes work if it was removed and uploaded again a second time. The files seem to have been successfully uploaded as I can see them under the “Captions” section

, however I have no way to verify further the correctness of the uploaded file as I cannot view the content inside.

I tried uploading the same file directly on Cloudflare’s website and it worked.
